In Residence Estates Management Ltd is responsible for all Health & Safety checks for Greet Lily Mill. Alongside agreed specialist H&S contractors they maintain all fire alarm/emergency lighting testing, electrical safety and mechanical systems in communal areas. All checks are recorded in the logbook for inspection by the authorities.

Greet Lily Mill has numerous measures in place to make it safe but it is your responsibility as a resident to make sure that you minimise the risk of fire inside your apartment.
