GLM Directors
Greet Lily Mill apartments in Southwell, Nottinghamshire are managed by the directors of GLM Management Company Ltd. We are all volunteers and In Residence is the block management company instructed by us to manage the building on behalf of all property owners. There are currently five directors: Steve Hopkins, Mandy Hopkins, Shelley Howes, Alex McMillan and Andrea McMillan.

This policy provides insurance cover in emergencies and other plumbing & drainage domestic problems, with plans available for property owners and landlords, specifically for internal plumbing issues. 24/7 emergency call-out and breakdown service. Anyone stuck in the lift can authorise the company to come straight out. Lift entrapment is prioritised as a 1-hour response time (if possible). David Stewart at In Residence is the only person who can authorise callouts for lift breakdowns. MV Lifts aim to attend within the same working day.
