24/7 emergency call-out and breakdown service. Anyone stuck in the lift can authorise the company to come straight out. Lift entrapment is prioritised as a 1-hour response time (if possible).
David Stewart at In Residence is the only person who can authorise callouts for lift breakdowns. MV Lifts aim to attend within the same working day.
